VIVIAN RUTH THOMPSON left this earth from Cleveland, Ohio to meet our Heavenly Father on 15 December 2010. Ms. Thompson was born January 15, 1940 in Olean, New York. She was a well-loved and known individual who made a positive impact on many lives. A loving mother of nine children, she was a devout Roman Catholic with ties to St. Agnes-Our Lady of Fatima and St. Agatha-St. Aloysius parishes. Sometimes known affectionately as the "Mayor of Elberon", she was also a strong advocate for renewal in East Cleveland, Ohio. In addition, she was well known as the "Insurance Lady", having sold insurance for over 30 years to many people in the Cleveland Metropolitan area. Vivian Ruth Thompson, formerly Vivian Steinbeck . She is survived by her three sons and six daughters. Ms. Thompson was also blessed with 35 grandchildren ranging in age from 27 years to 7 Months.
