Tyler Marie Banks

Tyler Marie Banks, 24 of East Cleveland, Ohio, passed away Monday, April 29, 2024. She was born May 13, 1999, to Tyrone Banks, and Nikita Phillips.

Tyler graduated from Shaw High School in 2017. Tyler loved basketball, and playing volleyball. She enjoyed playing her video games and loved to travel. For several years, she worked at Walmart, and was employed by Abarta Coca-Cola Bottling Company. Tyler is known for always having a smile on her face.

Tyler was funny, kind, and made friends wherever she went. She would sacrifice anything to help those around her, as she would give her last if it meant she was helping others. While she departed young, Tyler's uplifting personality, kindness, laugh, and loving spirit will always be etched in the hearts and minds of those who knew her.

Tyler was preceded in death by her father, Tyrone Banks. Family left to cherish her memory, mother: Nikita Phillips; siblings: Antwan Phillips Sr., Jasmine Fields, and TyVaughn Joyner; Grandmothers: Susan Phillips and Almaree Banks; Grandfather Yusef Banks Sr.; Aunts: Montreal Phillips, Deena Kidd; Uncles: William Phillips, Kelly Banks Sr., Yusef Banks Jr., Stephen Kidd; her two nephews whom she cherished, Antwan Phillips Jr. and Aedyn Phillips, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Tyler will be forever missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing her.
