Sharita Marie Bradford

Ms. ShaRita (Rita) Marie Bradford, Ree-Ree, Big Momma, age 50, went to be with her Lord and Saviour on Friday, January 12, 2024. Rita was born September 4, 1973, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Andrew Harris and Phedella Elaine Bradford/Johnson. A graduate of East High School, she worked various jobs throughout her life, but working in dietary was her passion. Rita was a loving and dedicated mother, sister, daughter, niece, cousin and friend. She loved and was loved by people...a testimony to her warm personality, giving spirit and openness. Rita loved to cook and entertain, but she did not need anyone to have a party (she would turn on Mary J. Blige and have a party alone!).

Rita fought a good fight and now she's dancing to Stevie Wonder's 'Part Time Lover,` and `Boogie on, Reggae Woman' with her son Bryan, her mother Phedella, and her biggest fan, her grandmother, Georgia Lee Bradford/Hall. She was predeceased by her mother, Della and son Bryan Marquis Bradford, and survived by her daughter, Dashara; son, Majour Lee; brother, Andrew 'Donnell'; grandchildren Reonte', Sharielle and Michael Marqui's Bradford; her aunt and best friend Sandra 'Neicey' Bradford/Williams (Tony), Aunts Regina Faye Bradford Gundic, Ivy 'Abby' (Errica, Domonique, Benjamin James and Aria Brielle) Bradford and Gloria Dunn; and her favorite cousin, Edward 'Jamal' Taylor. Too numerous to mention, but just as precious, are many aunts uncles, cousins nieces and nephews. Honorable mentions: Jennifer N Lovett, Rita's best friend in love.
