Sayida Rahman

Sayida Rahman, affectionately known as Mother, was 87 years old when she passed away on December 28, 2020.

Sayida was born on June 25, 1933, in St Louis Missouri. Her parents Maryam and Abu Fazl, are both decreased. She was the only girl of 5 children... her brothers, Thornton (decreased), Cyrus (deceased)/Lillian (wife of Cyrus), Kamil/ Melissa ( wife of Kamil), and Ibrahim/ his wife Jackie deceased.

Sayida was raised as Muslim and remained Muslim until death. The last mosque she attended was Masjid Bilal. She did attend college but her primary occupation was being a Mother and homemaker. Sayida had 6 kids, Rafiqa (deceased) Idris, Qabid (deceased), Nurah, Ali, and Anisa. 20 grandchildren, 27 greatgrandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren.
