Sandra Michelle Roberts

Sandra Michelle Roberts (née Ewart) was born on June 10, 1955, in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Alfred & Evelyn Ewart, she was the fourth born of ten children. Sandra received her formal education from the Cleveland Public Schools and graduated from East Technical High School in June of 1973.

Soon after graduation, she obtained a job in the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court System as a magistrate clerk. She loved her job and took her responsibilities seriously because of her passion for troubled children and their well-being. She worked with magistrates, judges and lawyers on a daily basis and dreamed of one day becoming a paralegal. She received several awards for her dedicated service during her employment. Sandra worked for The Juvenile Court System for 33 years and she retired in 2009.

Sandra bore two wonderful children, Dawn Nicole Arnett and Welton Adam Roberts and she loved them and her grandchildren with an unwavering passion. Although Sandra married 3 times, and two of her husbands preceded her in death, she still often spoke of waiting to marry her "Kingdom Man".

Sandra accepted Christ and was baptized at the Bibleway Temple of Prayer Church on June 14, 1981, and she loved the Lord. As she searched for a permanent church home where she and her family could serve the Lord, she was led to "The Word Church" where she worked with the Children's Ministry for many years and remained a faithful member for over 19 years until her health failed.

Sandra was a avid reader, She loved reading the word of God, and Stephen King science fiction and mystery novels.

Sandra departed this Life on Friday, October 6, 2023. She leaves to cherish in loving memory, two (2) children, Dawn N. Arnett, and Welton A. Roberts; four (4) grandchildren, Leah Roberts, Cason Roberts, Callen Roberts and Cayla-Rae Roberts; nine (9) siblings, Donald Ewart (Annie), Sharon Turner, Gail McGraw (Kenneth), Darryl Ewart (Marrissa), Mark Ewart (Brenda), Dennis Ewart, Michael Ewart, Tammie Ewart (Mark, Sr.), Tracie Ewart and a multitude of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
