Ronald was known lovingly to his family and friends by a myriad of nicknames such as Spudnik, Spud Rock, Spud, Pookie, Ron Potbelly and Helluva. Ronald found his passion when he graduated from culinary arts school and became a chef. He was a joyous soul who loved spending time with his children and grandchildren and making those around him laugh with his crazy sense of humor. Ronald loved to dress well and never missed an opportunity to "get suited and booted!" He also loved music and dancing and was often the life of the party. Ronald never met a stranger and was not a judgmental man. He accepted everyone for who they were and made friends everywhere he went. He kept a smile on his face until the very end. To know Ronald Charles McGhee was a blessing in itself, on June 18, 2016, Ronald Charles McGhee, went home to be with the Lord.
