Reginald Harper, affectionately known as "Reggie," was born in Cleveland, Ohio on December 12, 1954. He was the first-born child to the late Edward "Bob" Harper and Catthell (nee Wigley) Harper.
He received Christ and was baptized at Mount Haven Missionary Baptist Church at an early age.
Reggie began his education in the Cleveland Municipal School District and later transferred to Warrensville Heights City Schools, where he graduated from Warrensville Heights High School in 1972.
He was married to the late Sharon (nee Wilson) Harper and they were blessed with two daughters Samantha and Amanda Harper.
Reggie aspired to become an electrical engineer, however, life's circumstances never allowed him to achieve that vocation. He held various positions in the Cleveland area. Reggie's interest included dancing, and he had a passion for nice cars.
Reggie was called to rest on February 10, 2022. He leaves his devoted mother, Catthell Harper; his brother, Ricky (Nancy) Harper; daughters, Samantha and Amanda Harper; niece, Kali (Andrew) Bryant; nephew, Kellen Harper; and a host of relatives and friends.
