Phillip "Earl" Allen

Phillip "Earl" Allen was born on April 14, 1955, to Willie Mae and Oscar Allen in Cleveland, Ohio. He departed us on July 10, 2019. Those who preceded him in death are, his mother, Willie Mae; father, Oscar; brother, Oscar Jr; sister, Rene; wife, Joyce, and son, Kishawn. Phillip leaves to mourn two brothers, Greg and Tony; one sister, Scheri Williams; two sons, Jamel and Deante; two daughters, Kathy and  Ebony; grandchildren, Ra'najia, Riyonna, Ke'yonna, Ka'Naija, Kiyah, Mercedez and Devon; eight nieces, Tonya, Taneshia, Candace, KeOnaa Monique, Debbie and Ge'Quise; eight, nephews, Anthony, Dennis, Greg R., Greg D., De'Andre, Vashaon, Rashid and William; sisters-in-law, Rachel, Rhonda and Stacy. But for all those who knew him as "Dirty Harry", a person who you could call on to help whenever he could. Brother, we all miss you more then you could ever know.
