On September 29, 1945, Patricia Elizabeth Haywood-Harris was born in Cleveland, Ohio to her mother Aslean. Patricia was a sickly infant and stayed in the hospital for the first three months of her life. When she was released from the hospital her grandmother, Bertha, took her home to help raise her with her mother.
At the age of 12, Patricia was baptized at East Mount Zion Baptist Church. Her mother married, giving Patricia what she always wanted, siblings. She now had two brothers and a sister, Donald G. Hackney, Darrell D. Hackney, and Darlean P. Hackney. Patricia later joined Progressive Evangelical Missionary Baptist Church where she remained a faithful member until she was called home.
Patricia was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents, and brother, Donald (2008). Patricia leaves to cherish her memories, her son Trevor (Shalonda); three grandchildren, Aviyonne, Trevor Jr., and Trenton; nieces, Tiffany, Tanikia (Benson), and Dominique; cousins, Jolly and Kelli; one aunt, Althea, and uncle Joe Carl; god-son Khalil (Emonie), as well as a host of great nieces, great nephews, and other family members and friends including a special friend Ms Green.
