Pamela Ann Carner was born January 30, 1950, in Cleveland Ohio to the union of Ernest Rowell Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Carner. She attended Cleveland Public Schools, graduated from John Hay High School, and later earned a degree in Computer Science from Cuyahoga Community College.

She leaves to mourn her passing (2) sisters Ernestine Edith and Patricia Priah (Joseph), {3} children Anita, Byron, and Angela, (9) grandchildren, (17) great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
