Pamela Ann Carner was born January 30, 1950, in Cleveland Ohio to the union of Ernest Rowell Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Carner. She attended Cleveland Public Schools, graduated from John Hay High School, and later earned a degree in Computer Science from Cuyahoga Community College.
She had a long successful career in public service, first for the City of Cleveland “Model Cities” program and then for the United States Postal Service where she retired after 35 years of loyal service.
Pam as she was known to those that loved her was sweet, honest, fun-loving, and devoted to her family. She was an experienced card player and loved kids, Disney movies, and bingo.
Pam received her angel wings on June 5, 2020, surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Laura Turner and brothers Ernest Rowell Jr. and Dedrick Carner. She leaves to mourn her passing (2) sisters Ernestine Edith and Patricia Priah (Joseph), {3} children Anita, Byron, and Angela, (9) grandchildren, (17) great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
