Palestine H. Moore was born August 16, 1942, in Paducah, Kentucky to the late Julian Harden and May Davis. She was her parents only child. Palestine attended Roosevelt High school in Dayton, Ohio where she would soon meet the love of her life, David Moore. The two were married and with this union came 2 children. Her firstborn the late Julian Moore and her daughter Davastine Moore- Hall. Years later she met Robert Williams and with this union she mothered another son the late Robert Williams Jr.

Palestine dedicated her life to caring for her family and friends. She enjoyed traveling the world and the game to the fullest! She lived a five-star life coast to coast. Palestine lived a legendary life as she was the greatest diamond thief of all time. Palestine was an amazing daughter; she took extra special care of her mother until she took her last breath. Her mother was her best friend indeed! Palestine gave her children and grandson the best that life has to offer.

In 2012, her health began to decline and her grandson Dana Hawkins Jr. catered to her every need until her passing on May 16, 2020. She leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter Davastine Moore- Hall (Adrian,) grandsons Dana Hawkins Jr (Raina) and Adrian Hall 2nd, granddaughter Rachelle Williams, great-grandchildren Diamond Savior, Nia Palestine Hawkins, Aneisa Rechelle Hawkins, Navi May Hawkins, Joshua King- Wright and Daughter in law Robin Williams. And many beloved special friends and students in the game.
