Omar Quadir was born July 24th, 1955, to the proud parents of Robert Coleman and the late Helen Coleman. He attended Cleveland Public Schools. His career was in security services, but his passion was photography. As a young man, Omar captured and collected thousands of photographs. Capturing and collecting still shots of history and important and joyous moments was very important to him. Omar was an avid sports fan. He enjoyed watching football, basketball, and other sporting events. He loved his community and being a faithful servant to the Masjid.
Omar, a devoted member of the Muslim faith for over 30 years, embraced his faith wholeheartedly, even changing his name from Robert Coleman Jr. His departure on August 11th, 2024, leaves a void in our hearts. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, the late Helen Coleman.
