Bailey was born July 26, 1935 in Foster, Alabama to the late Dallas and Bertha Bailey. Miller accepted Christ at a young age and was a member of Second Baptist Church of East Liverpool, Ohio. Miller attended East Liverpool High School where he was on the football team, he was known as one of East Liverpool's star players. Miller married Leola Gipson April 9, 1955 which he also graduated High School June of 1955. Miller and Leola moved to Cleveland in 1956 where he gained employment at Republic Steel/L.T.V. where he retired after 48 years. Miller leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Leola; children, Dennis (deceased), Vickie (Saeedah), Wanda, Miller Jr. (Kelly), Rose (Mitchell) and Nekoyia; two brothers-in-law, William (Ethel) Gibson of East Liverpool, Ohio and Benford Gibson of Youngstown, Ohio; 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
