Luvirt Parker Jr. was born February 13, 1925 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Luvirt Sr. and Ida Parker. Luvirt was educated through the Cleveland Public School District where he attended Central High School. At the age of eight-teen he entered the United States Army and served three years. Upon returning home he was employed for thirty years as a mechanic at White Trucks. On April 26, 1947 Luvirt and Nellie Belcher (deceased) married, and together they shared fifty-two years of marriage and four children. Nell & her husband Charles, Vincent, Carolyn & Darnell. Luvirt also leaves to mourn 1 sister Shirley, 2 brothers Edward & wife Annette, Carlton (deceased) and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. On March 13, 2016 Luvirt lost his battle to dementia. Although, there were ups and downs, Luvirt fought to take one day at a time. Luvirt was an exceptional father and friend to his children and all who knew him. He remained the same comical character he has always been and will be forever. Luvirt will always remain in our hearts and souls for eternity.
