Lucius Charles Oldham Jr. was born July 26, 1960, in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Lucius Sr. and Genevia (Robinson) Oldham. He was the 3rd of five children born in the family. He was preceded in death by his son Charlie and sister Cean.
Lucius confessed at an early age to the teachings and beliefs of Jesus Christ at Bethany Baptist Church.
Lucius graduated from Max Hayes High School in the Cleveland Public School System where he first began his mechanical talent. Afterwards he attended the University of Toledo, before joining the U.S. Navy where he served his country for 15 1/2 years and was awarded many commendations. The military is also where he acquired his OCD that continued with him through life. He then worked for the IRS before working for the City of Cleveland Division of Taxation where he spent his last 23 years while also finding time for his tax business. In his free time he loved to watch sports, old western movies, and for a slim man he could really eat. He was a proud veteran having served during Operation Desert Storm. He also loved to talk and travel with his beloved partner. He was an amazing father, grandfather, father figure friend and mentor to many. Lucius also had a problem telling people no and was overly generous to a fault. Wherever he went he always made a friend.
He leaves to mourn his only daughter Angela (Darnell) Jenkins, two grandsons Darnell Jr. and Dizen, a sister Gwenee (Sherman), two brothers Lejon (Tanya) and Robinson (Theresa), his loving partner Quintina and her two daughters Andreia and De'Andra and a host of aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
