A tree uprooted in the yard of the Smith family on July 6, 1930, when Louise the third of eight children was born. Her parents; Walter Smith Jr, and Johnnie Marie Smith; four sisters; Dorothy, Jeanie, Delores, and Bernice; three brothers, Walter Jr, Robert, and Rudolph, all preceded her in death.
Louise acknowledged Christ in her early years. She attended Shiloh Baptist Church before becoming a dedicated servant of the Lord, and faithful member of Bethany Baptist Church for the last 60 years.
Louise was united and holy matrimony to Johnny Frazier, on July 3, 1953, and to that union, Rodney was born. Louise obtained her associates degree in nursing from Tri-C Community College her nursing degree took her to the Cleveland Clinic as a dedicated nurse for 22 years.
Louise was affectionately known as "Little Lou" by her loving son Rodney, Louise's mother made an astonishing investment in her early childhood by enrolling her in acting classes at the Karamu House. From her acting classes she became known as the "Drama Queen".
Louise leaves to cherish her memory; a loving son, Rodney (Juliette), grandchildren, great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces, great great nephews, and her church family.
