Funeral 10:30 A.M. at Watson's Funeral Home 10913 Superior Avenue Cleveland, Ohio Linda Delores Gordon was born September 10, 1949 to the late Louis and Mamie Draper in Pontiac, Michigan. She confessed a hope in Christ at an early age. She received her primary education in her birth place. Linda loved movies, dancing, dressing, reading, writing, poetry, cross word puzzles, laughing and her grand kids. Linda later went to Cuyahoga County Community College with hopes of pursuing her degree as a court stenographer. In 1968 she moved with her uncle to Cleveland, where she met the "Love of her life", Mr. James Gordon. In 1973 they were married and to this union two children were born, Yusuf Sharif Gordon of Cleveland, Ohio and Jamel Gordon of Miami, Florida; two step children, Dana Gordon of Cleveland, Ohio and James Gordon Jr. "JB" of Indianapolis, Indiana; five grandchildren, Thomas, Diontae, Tierra, Yushae and Ahmad "Noodles" all of Cleveland, Ohio. Linda leaves to cherish her memory her loving and devoted husband Jimmy, her children; grandchildren; one uncle, Mr. Joe Neal Draper of Lebanon, TN; one aunt, Mrs. Nettie (Thomas) Guy of Pontiac, MI; two sisters, Ms. Dorothy Smith and Janie Garvin both of Pontiac, MI; two brothers, Mr. Robert Draper of Maple Valley, WA and Tim Miller of Pontiac, MI; four sisters-in-law, Barbara Johnson, Beverly Green, Patricia (Rev. Elmer) Martin, Marsha Griffin Moore (Marvin); five brothers-in-law, Harry Gordon, Henderson (Juanita) Gordon Jr., Denman (Lavern) Gordon, Walter Griffin and Dallas (Pat) Griffin; and a host of loving relatives and friends, including a special friend and caretaker, Tara Boyd.
