Miss Liaketa Pennocwa (Pa-nock-wa) Williams made her debut here on Earth on March 12, 1965, to the parents of Lee Vaughan Williams Sr. (deceased 1988) and Mary Eugene Jackson Williams (deceased 2019) in Jackson MS and lived in Florence MS. "Keta" as she was fondly known, was the mother of two; a son and a daughter, Carl Allen Harris Jr. (deceased 1992; father-Carl Allen Harris Sr.) and Ahrionn Michale Hayes (father-Michael Lee Hayes) and was GiGi to Ah'Lyss Benet Goard and Ah'lhymn N akhole Sutton her granddaughters.
In 1967, Liaketa's parents moved the family to Cleveland Ohio, where she attended John D. Rockefeller & Joseph Landis Elementary schools, FDR & Lulu Diehl Junior High Schools and graduated from Lincoln West High School.
During her professional career she held positions at The Bearings Company, Blonders Wallpaper, MPC Plating Inc., Society Bank, Ohio BMV and the Brothers Store in Florence MS where she was a cook and cashier. Keta went on to further her education by attending MTI School of Business and receiving a Secretarial and Computer Certificate. Even as late as 2006, She enrolled in the Northeast Ohio School of Ministry under the tutelage of the late great Elder Charles Curtis Brown Sr. and received an Associate Degree in Biblical Studies and Counseling in 2008. She was also an entrepreneur, after completing Wilton's cake decorating class she started Keta' s Kake Kastle.
Liaketa received the Lord as her personal Savior in 1981 and became a member of the Calvary COGIC where most of her family attended. She was also a member of the Hospitality Committee until she moved back to Mississippi in 2016.
Even though she could read you up one side and down the other, you always knew where she stood and if you didn't she would get you together reeeal soon. With her brilliance and creativity, she lived life to the fullest. Her hair, nails and shoes had to be on point because she was "Miss Wms". Keta had a big heart and would help whomever she could. Her cooking was delicious and her baking second to none. She was loved by soooo many and will be truly missed for real.

Nash (Husband John) Seaside, CA, Lee V. Williams Jr., Chardon, Oh, Ethel S. Woods, Monterey, CA, Natasha L. Williams, Euclid, OH and Yolanda C. Williams, Bedford, OH; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles, and just to name a few of her BFFS, Traci Cook, Shanya Taylor, Tina Bush, Tina Cook, Lillian Patterson, Angie Horton, Tracsi Wells, Teri Weir and N argis Aballa and sooo many others.
