KEITH WISE, 50; Passed away on Sunday, October 20, 2013. Cherished husband of Phenia (nee Carter); survived by Antonio, Teneshia, Keon, Kiyana, Keith, Brittany, Julian and Dymond; with a host of other relatives and dear friends. Cleveland Board of Education employee. Life Celebration on Saturday, October 26; wake 10 AM with funeral at 10:30 AM at Watson's Funeral Home, 10913 Superior Avenue. Public viewing all day Friday until 7:00 PM. Interment in Evergreen Memorial Park.
