Joyce M. Kimbrough

Joyce Marie Kimbrough was born April 27, 1956, to proud parents Lula Mae Coley-Kimbrough and Jerome James Kimbrough in Pensacola, Florida.                Joyce attended Central High School where she graduated, Joyce was baptized at Christian Pentecostal Church as a young adult.  Joyce modeled clothing and hair in her younger years with her siblings.                Joyce then put her focus where her heart was and that was helping people.  Joyce then contributed over 20 years in social work, where she helped many, she continued to help others after working in the social working field.  If you know "J.C." Joyce, she touched your life with her love, food, smile, laughter & just her ability to make you feel loved & a part of her family. Joyce loved her music no matter how she was feeling, there would always be music playing.                On May 22, 2019, Joyce went home to be with those who preceded her in death, her mother, Lula Mae; father, Jerome Kimbrough; son, Kishawn Kimbrough; brother, Rickey Kimbrough; sisters, Karen Andrew (Joell); Cynthia Crenshaw and Betha Kimbrough (Pat).                Joyce leaves to honor her memory her husband, Phillip Allen; son, Deante; daughters, Kathy and Ebony; grandchildren, Mercedez, Devon, Kanja, Kiyah, Ra'naja, Ryionna, Keiyonni and LaKeylia; brothers, Tyrone and Michael; sisters, Ruthie and Neptina as well as a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
