Joseph B. Martin

Joseph B. Martin was born in Cleveland, Ohio on February 16, 1950, to the parents Joseph Lee Martin Sr. (deceased) and Emma Jean Martin. Joseph was the eldest of four siblings, David Martin, Nathaniel Martin, and Delorn. Joseph attended John Hay High School, where he was very active in the various sports programs and played football for the school. He joined the army and was a member of the 101st Airborne Division. After severing his country, he returned to Cleveland where he worked for The Veterans Hospital over twenty-five years. Joseph was a member of various veteran groups and enjoyed gardening, working on his cars, music, and dancing. On Tuesday, April 30, 2019, Joseph departed from this life peacefully sleeping in his home. Joseph was preceded in death by his brother, Delorn Martin, and his father Joseph Lee Martin Sr. Joseph leaves to mourn his passing his mother Emma Jean Martin, two brothers, David Martin and Nathaniel Martin; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
