Jean Randleman, 79, passed away Fri, June 9th; Public Viewing 9AM to 7PM Fri, June 16th & FUNERAL begins 3PM Sat, June 17th at Watson's Funeral Home 10913 Superior Ave. Cle. 44106 Born Ira Jean Dawson, May 9, 1938 in Pine Bluff Arkansas, to Clara B. Lewis and Ferdinand Dawson. Two siblings were born to Clara Lewis through a later marriage to Charles Lewis Sr. To that union was born Charles Lewis Jr. and Ahmad Rashad. Jean Dawson married Roland Randleman in 1958; To that union was born Bruce W. Randleman July 25, 1958 to July 4, 2008, and another son Bradley J. Randleman August 20, 1966 to Melvin Jones (Deceased). Jean Randleman, graduated from Tri-C GED program in 1972. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age. She attended various churches throughout her life, most significant Tyree Temple on St. Clair Ave and later Kinsman Rd. Church of God in Christ. Jean Randleman worked for 25 years as a cook at Hopkins International Airport and retired in 2003. Jean, had a special affinity for art and drawing, a love for reading, and teaching from her Bible for which she later became a Missionary ministering to Prisons and youth until her health no longer allowed. She also loved animals, cats in particular. Jean Randleman, passed away at Metro Health Medical Center, June 9, 2017 at 12:02 p.m. with son Bradley, by her side until the end. She is proceeded in death by her mother Clara B Lewis, father Ferdinand Dawson, and son Bruce W. Randleman. Randleman and Connie Randleman-Price; Grandchildren: Tiara and Ciara Harrison (Twins), Antionette Randleman, Charmane Jeff, Tamaris Randleman, J'Ahni Randleman, Lybrinia Bryant, Brandan Rayshawn Lesure, Great Grandson: Julian Harrison, One Niece: Tonette Diana Lewis, and a host of family and friends.
