James Orma Beynum affectionately known as "Bunny or JB" was born October 10, 1955, in Washington DC. To Reverend Orma M. Beynum (proceed him in death) and Geneva Beynum. He sent all his summers in Staford VA with his grandparents, Jerry and Nelcia Beynum (who proceed him in death) is where he developed his love of fishing. James was a product of East Cleveland school system. For many years he worked in the family businesses, Auto repair shop, Auto part store, Car wash and Mini Transportation and many other jobs.
In 2015 James met and married the love of his life Binnie Beynum. Together in this union they enjoyed and loved 7 children, 12 grandchildren (1 proceed him in death) and 4 great grandchildren
At a young age, James accepted JESUS CHRIST as his Lord and Savior. For many years he was a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church; he was part of the Men Choir, the Praise and Worship Team where he served diligently until his death. He loved family, friends, fishing, grilling, and riding his bike.
James Orma Beynum leaves to celebrate her life and cherish her memories, wife Binne Beynum, 4 sons, Jermil Dungy (Maldria), Michael Dungy, Joseph Savage, Steve Savage, 3 daughters, Rachell Harris, Aleshia Butler, Twannia Shannon, mother Geneva Beynum, 1 uncle Christopher Brown, 5 sisters, Twannia Allen (Kirkland), Geerie Jones-Fort Washington MD, Erma Trotter (Allen)-Kileen TX, Samantha Jackson (Darrell), Mary Butler-Kanas City MO, 2 brothers, Jerry Beynum (Susie), Michael Beynum (Aleshia). A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
