Nov. 17th at Watson's Funeral Home 10913 Superior Ave. Cle 44106 Howard Lee Tate Sr. of Cleveland Ohio ascended to heaven on Saturday, November 10, 2018. Howard was born in Memphis Tennessee on March 4, 1942, to Evalina and Rolie Tate. Howard is survived by his children Howard Lee Tate Jr., Angela Tate, Sandra Tate, and Tomika Tate. He also leaves behind 13 grandchildren, 17great grandchildren, three siblings: Claude, Thurman, and Barbara. Several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. Howard is preceded in death by his parents Evalina and Rolie Tate. As well as 6 of his siblings Masie, Rolie Jr., Cleveland, Floyd, Luscious, Vera, Blanche, and Mary Catherine.
