Harold E. Collins, beloved brother, passed away at his residence in Cleveland on December 3, 2015. The Wake will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday December 12th at Watson's Funeral Home located at 10913 Superior Ave. Cleveland Ohio 44106. Services will follow at 10:30 AM. The family will host a celebration of life repass at Snickerfritz - 13240 Euclid Ave. East Cleveland immediately following the services. Interment will be Monday, December 14, 2015 at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery - 10175 Rawiga Rd., in Rittman, OH
