FRANCES T. TURNER, AGE 80; Made her transition on Thursday, March 20, 2014. Beloved widow of Melvin Randolph Turner (2003). Adoring mother, cherished relative and dear friend of many. She shall be greatly missed. Cleveland Public School system employee. HOME GOING SERVICES ARE ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 26; WAKE 12:30 PM, FUNERAL 1:00 PM at Watson's Funeral Home, 10913 Superior Avenue. Public viewing on Tuesday, March 25 until 7:00 PM. Interment in Riverside Cemetery.
