FRANCES RENEE KENT (nee SMITH), 61; a Cleveland native, passed into the afterlife in New Braunfels, Texas on December 12, 2011. Frances was a published author and CPD retiree. MEMORIAL SERVICE WILL BE HELD AT Watson's Funeral Home, 10913 superior Avenue on JANUARY 7th at 3:00 pm.
