Emanuel L. Flagg

Emanuel L. "Dakota" Flagg was born in Cleveland, Ohio on January 31, 1950 to his parents, Curtis Emanuel and Lillian. He was educated in the Cleveland Public School System, and served in The United States Army.

Dakota was a fun loving man, who loved spending time with his family, watching old movies and old TV shows, and riding his motorcycle. He also enjoyed astronomy and painting.

Dakota took his eternal rest on Saturday, February 12, 2022. His parents preceded him in death. Dakota leaves to cherish his memory 7 children - Constance, Stormy, Michael, Candace, Dakota, Sabrina, and Cheyenne; 13 grandchildren, 3 siblings - Cheryl Ezelle, George Anderson and Elaine Rushton; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
