Eddie L. Jones

Eddie L. Jones Jr. was born September 30, 1950 to Eddie Sr. and Rosa Lee Jones. He was educated at Harry E. Davis and John Hay high schools. Eddie attended multiple spiritual homes such as Bethany Baptist Church, St. James and the Mosque through out his journey in life. Eddie was a singer, dancer, songwriter and an accomplished guy, all the way around. He loved Lionel Trains sets from the time he was a little boy. Those who preceded Eddie in death are his wife, Sharon Hunt, who passed away this past July 2015; grandmother, Sally Thomas; as well as parents, Eddie L. Thomas Sr. and Rosa Lee Jones. Eddie passed away on a rainy Thursday, March 10, 2016. Left to cherish his memory are his two sons, Rodney Jones Jr. and Kalvin Jones; the Cleveland Crew; aunt, Pearl May; cousins, Annie Joyce, Katherine, Denise, Brenda, Glenora, Billy, Vicky, Micky, Vernon, Michael, Willie, Ed, Juanita, Sylvester, Cheryl, Anthony and all of their children; The Chicago Crew, Veronica Black, Tyrone Black, Debbie Johnson and Dino Johnson.
