Delvonte King

Delvonte Sherman King was born on May 7, 1998, in Cleveland, Ohio to Janet Foster and the late Lawrence King Jr. He was their fourth child.

Delvonte attended Maple Hts schools where he received his High School Diploma and was also a member of the football team.

Delvonte was a character, who loved to joke and play video games. He was protective of his mother, brothers, nieces and nephews. Delvonte was a very private around his personal life. He loved spending time with his uncle Trent, his brothers, and his girlfriend, Tierra Floyd.

Delvonte is preceded in death by his father, Lawrence King, Jr; brother, Domenique King; and maternal grandparents, Elaine & James Johnson, Sr.

Delvonte leaves to mourn, his loving mother, Janet Foster; three brothers, Devon King, Delourence King, and Demar King; two sisters, Mercedes Ruffin and Britney Johnson; paternal grandparents, Lawrence Sr. & Pamala King, and also Brenda Howard, who played a special part in his life as Grandma. Brenda, who called him “Number 4”, because he was the 4th grandchild who’s name begins with the letter “D”. Delvonte also leaves six nieces, five nephews, a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, family & friends.
