Deborah Anne LaVette was born on December 23, 1950, to Paul Garnett LaVette Sr and Kathryn E. LaVette (both deceased).
Deborah attended Rosedale, Doan, Harry E. Davis, and John Hay where she graduated. Deborah also attended Ohio business school where she met her friend Jacqueline Collins.
Deborah worked at the Cleveland Public library in the Cuyahoga Children & Family Services Jane E. Hunter Building where she retired.
Deborah also enjoyed her volunteer job at the Cleveland Play House Square as a Red Coat Usher. Deborah also enjoyed swimming at Cory's Church, skating at Playmor, and Bowling.
Son, Manderlin T. LaVette and wife, Shonetta, sons, Manderlin T. Jr his daughter Mariah. MarKeese his daughter McKenzie, Quintin his son Quintin Jr Manning his son Manning Jr and daughter Gabrielle. Daughter, Charmaine Y. LaVette her daughter Shrekka her children SaKura, SaunJae, and Sanaa and Nyah Nicole her children Peyton Anne and NaKhel. Brothers, Paul G. LaVette Jr. Eric his daughter Amanda her children Amoni, Noel, and Tahj. Amoni’s daughter Aya’Loni and brother Leon (deceased)
Although Deborah didn’t have a sister she and her first cousin Marcy Turner, were raised like sisters. Deborah also leaves to mourn school friends, Faye Alexander, and Casey Hillard. Family friend, Barry Jackson, and friend, Clay Burton. I love you aunt Obic.
