Brenda Joyce Parker

BRENDA JOYCE PARKER, 57; departed this life December 3, 2012 at University Hospital. She was born on May 30, 1956 in Birmingham, Alabama to her parents Mack and Leola Parker, Brenda was the second oldest of eight children, Linda (Joe), Sharon (Lester), Sheree (Walter), Tyrone, Christine, Elton, and Kathy. Brenda came to Cleveland as an infant. She attended Cleveland Public Schools. She met her husband Wendell Charlie in the 1970's and married him in the ‘80's. Later on in life Brenda met Ralph Moore. She was blessed with three children, Jessica Parker, Demetrius Parker and Nathan Parker. Brenda Parker was a beautiful person with a warm and caring heart. She did not meet any strangers. She opened her doors to anybody if you were hungry she fed you. She was a people person. She loved company, music, playing cards, and cooking big dinners. If you were sad she made you laugh, there was never a dull moment with her. We will all miss her and she will live in our hearts forever. Brenda leaves daughter, Jessica; sons, Demetrius and Nathan; son-in-law, Anthony; daughters-in-law, T.C. and Laura; three sisters, Sharon Foster, Shree, and Kathy Williams; 14 grandchildren; four great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Leola and Mack Parker; husband Wendell Charlie; brother, Mack Parker; two sisters, Linda Faye and Christine; and her grandson, Danny Parker. SERVICES BEGIN AT 12:30 PM ON FRIDAY, DEC. 14 at Watson's Funeral Home, 10913 Superior Ave. Interment in Evergreen Memorial Park.
