As a pastor, Bishop developed many ministers and ministries, and ordained Elders that went on to become pastors/Evangelists and established their own churches under his leadership. After retiring in 1997, Bishop Horn's work continued through his youngest son, who went on to establish yet another work under his Bishopric; Kingdom Church Cleveland where he held the office of Bishop Emeritus.
