Betty J. Irons affectionately know as "OG B" graced this world on January 23rd, 1967 born to Willie C. & Ossie B. Irons. Betty's journey was marked by her impentrable spirit and passion for life. She began her educational journey at Mary M. Bethune, Wilbur Wright, and John Hay High School.
Betty's heart overflowed with pride and joy for her children Kenneth, Keith, Joseph, Jalice and William. Her greatest treasures were her beloved grandchildren Paige, Keness, Kaylen, Kaiden, Kyson and Ellice. Also her loving partner "AJ". Who brought immeasurable happiness to her life.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Chuckie and Willie Irons and sisters Joyce and Linda. Betty leaves behind a legacy that will endure through her brother Walter, sisters Mary, Lemmie, Gloria and her special sisters Rachel and Angliette. Her memory lives on in Joshua, Javion, Jeremy, Eric, Anwar, Terrell, and Smokey. As well as nieces Erica, Dominique, Quintasha, Teshia and Alexis. As we bid farewell to Betty Jean Irons let us cherish the love she shared and the lives she touched.
(Jalice) Dear Ma, You've always been the one to tell me fight to the end and that's what you did you fought! This isn't goodbye this is see you later ma, you were an amazing mother no matter our ups and downs you were my mother and I love you. You were always joking, putting a smile on everyone face and making everyone laugh. I am so glad I had the chance to be your only daughter we laughed and cried together. You were there for me in every way you could be. I am forever grateful for everything you did for me ma. Also we still gone take that trip to Columbus with Ellice, I didn't forget.
May she rest in eternal peace.
