Bernice Winbush-Wallace was born in Cleveland, Ohio on January 12, 1933 to Roosevelt L. Vines and Eunice Vines-Sykes
Bernice attended and graduated from Cleveland Public Schools. Bernice accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Mount Nebo Baptist Church. She served on the missionary board and was previously a member of the choir. She has been a faithful member for over 80 yrs. Bernice kept a beautiful smile that lit up the room upon entering and had mesmerising & hypnotizing eyes.
Bernice worked at Sunny Acres and Vital Products where she retired. Bernice loved her family & friends dearly and was a peoples person. She also loved to travel and go on bus trips. She enjoyed playing Bingo and was known as the "Queen of Keeping it Real".
Bernice was a very Smart, Intelligent & Wise Woman who always said what she meant and meant what she said.
She was proceeded in death by her husband Calvin Wallace, her parents Eunice Vines-Sykes & Roosevelt L Vines, her sisters Barbara & Lavelle, and her son Leonard Winbush Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memory. Roosevelt Winbush, Valerie Winbush, Cynthia Winbush, and sister Ruby Stephens-Kinds. She also leaves 10 Grandchildren Calvin, Damon, Antonio, Demaurio, Marla, David, Jimmy, Angie, Mario & Rodney. 12 Great Grandchildren & 16 Great-Great Grandchildren. Bernice loved Jacqueline Williams, Pat & Shakena Jackson and considered them family along with her best friend Annie Smith and a host of other relatives & friends.
