SERVICES Monday, NOVEMBER 7; FUNERAL 12:00 PM at Watson's Funeral home, 10913 Superior Ave. Abdul Umar Samiallah was born to William Manuel and Irene Jenkins Manuel on October 31, 1942 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He accepted Islam (Submission) in 1970 and has continued to be a devout Muslim. Brother Abdul Umar Samiallah made his transition on November 4, 2011 - his mother and father preceded him in death. He leaves his devoted wife, Khadijah Samiallah; son, Ramon Manuel (Wanda); daughter, Nabilah Clements, Ramona Hubbard (David), Safiyyah Samiallah, Fawzia Samiallah; and brother, William Manuel III (Debra); 17 grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
