Eric Rashumier Maliek Mason was born on May 01, 1990, to Brenda Mason. At a young age he moved to California and completed pre-k through 5th grade in Oakland Unified School District. At age 10 he returned to Cleveland, Ohio where he later went to attend SucessTech Academy High School, and then went on Perdue his GED.
Eric married his wife Jane Watkins-Mason and their two children Tiari Norfleet-Mason, and Terrance Norfleet-Mason on February 09, 2017. His passion was culinary arts and customer service. His last place of employment was at The Hilton Hotel where he worked in environmental management.
Growing up Eric experienced a few shortcomings, but the made the conscious decision to become the best husband, father, son, brother, nephew, and friend to anyone in his life. He loved his family and making everyone around him laugh, he was a true comedian.
Eric enjoyed a multitude of things in life including home improvement projects, arts and painting, music, sports, and playing cards. He worked a lot around his home to ensure him and his family were comfortable and happy. Although he was not a rapper, he also enjoyed playful battle raps with his wife and kids.
Eric is survived by his wife, Jane Watkins-Mason, daughter, Tiari Norfleet-Mason, and son, Terrance Norfleet-Mason; mother, Brenda Mason; three brothers, Lyndell Bibb, Antonio Bibb, and Adrian Plant-Mason; one sister, Antoinette Bowen; one brother in law, Devin Bowen; four aunts, Lisa Mason, Viveca Isler, Marla Stephens, and Nicole Stephens; one uncle, Laton Isler; and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Eric was such a beautiful spirit, soul, and a dominant being in everyone's life. He is loved by many, and will be missed by all.
